Langar Investment Management says its board approved a liquidation plan for the Langar Global HealthTech ETF, ending the fund's operations.
Langar Investment Management, LLC announced Wednesday that the board of trustees overseeing its fund trust has voted to liquidate and close the Langar Global HealthTech ETF, setting the stage for an orderly wind-down of the exchange-traded fund.
The Los Angeles-based adviser said the board formally adopted a Plan of Liquidation and Termination, the standard legal mechanism that governs how a fund ceases operations, distributes assets to shareholders, and deregisters with regulators.
