Coalesce Capital, a New York-based private equity firm specializing in technology-enabled services companies, announced Monday a growth investment in ClearDefense Pest Control, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based pest management platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Coalesce describes its investment strategy as targeting next-generation companies that blend technology with traditional service businesses.
